Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of brenink.com and your purchase of services, digital guides and training programs from Brenink Studio, a business owned by Brenda Cazares located at 3030 Plaza Bonita Rd Suite #111, National City, CA 91950. By using the site, booking an appointment or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Studio Services
1. Nature of the services
Brenink Studio provides cosmetic micropigmentation, fine line tattoo, pigment removal and permanent jewelry services. These services are not medical treatments, and the information on this website is not a substitute for advice from a health professional.
2. Assessment and consent
- Before each procedure you must sign our consent & waiver form and give true and complete information about your health, allergies, medications and previous procedures.
- Brenink Studio may postpone or decline a service when, in its professional judgment, it is not safe or suitable for you.
- Permanent makeup, tattoo and pigment removal services are provided only to people 18 or older, even with parental consent, as required by California law. We may ask for a valid ID. Minors may receive permanent jewelry only with the presence and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Results
Every skin is different. The final result, pigment retention and healing time depend on factors such as skin type, health, lifestyle, sun exposure and following aftercare. The photos on this site show real client results but do not guarantee an identical result. Micropigmentation may require one or more touch-up sessions.
4. Aftercare
You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions we give you. Brenink Studio is not responsible for results affected by not following those instructions.
5. Bookings, prices and payments
Appointments are scheduled through our booking system (Square). Prices shown on the site or in our guides may change without notice; the price that applies is the one confirmed when you book. Deposits, cancellations and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation Policies.
Digital Guides
When you buy a digital guide (PDF) you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it and use it in your own business. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute it, in whole or in part, or present it as your own material. The guides are for informational purposes and do not guarantee business results. Digital guide purchases are final and non-refundable.
Training Programs
1. Platform access
Access to the course platform is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your username or password with anyone else.
2. Certification and Intellectual Property
The name "Brenink Studio" and the material taught in the training are the exclusive intellectual property of Brenda Cazares / Brenink Studio. They may not be distributed, reproduced or used as the basis for teaching similar training under any circumstances. The certificate you receive is a private endorsement of skill by the brand and in no way constitutes a medical or operating license approved by California commercial or health regulators (or those of any other State). Each student is responsible for obtaining any permits and licenses their location requires to practice.
3. No Recording or Distribution of Content
All training content — including videos, downloadable materials, live classes, practice sessions and any supporting materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Brenink Studio and is protected by copyright.
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Record, capture or screen-record any part of the platform content or the in-person sessions, in whole or in part.
- Download, copy or duplicate the training videos, materials and resources by any means.
- Share, distribute, publish or transmit the content to third parties, whether free or for payment, on any platform or in any format.
- Use the content to teach your own training, workshops or courses, publicly or privately.
Breaking any of these restrictions will result in the immediate and permanent cancellation of platform access, with no right to a refund under any circumstances. Brenink Studio also reserves the right to take any legal action available for intellectual property infringement.
4. Payments and refunds
Training programs are governed by the no-refund and rescheduling policy described in our Cancellation Policies.
General Terms
1. Website intellectual property
The text, photos, logos, designs and other content on this site belong to Brenink Studio or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
2. Content you send us
When you send us photos or information through our forms, you authorize us to use them to evaluate your request and provide the service. We will only publish them if you expressly authorized it in the consent form.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to submit false information or someone else's information without their permission, and not to try to interfere with how the site works.
4. Third-party services
The site links to third-party services (such as Square, Stripe, the course platform or Instagram). Their use is governed by each provider's own terms and policies, and Brenink Studio is not responsible for their content or operation.
5. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brenink Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, the digital guides or the training programs. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San Diego County, California.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date; purchases and bookings are governed by the version in effect when they were made.
8. Language
These Terms are available in Spanish and English. Both versions have the same purpose; if they differ, the version in the language in which you made your purchase or booking will prevail.
